Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 0.5 (6 oz) can tomato sauce (small can)
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in skillet, add garlic and let cook until fragrant. Lower heat and let cool a little bit and then add yogurt. Stir to combine.
  3. Add tomato sauce and garam masala, stir to combine.
  4. When pasta is finished, add to sauce and skillet and let cook together for a couple of minutes.
