Ingredients:
1 cup cooked lentils |
4 garlic cloves, pressed |
2 teaspoons ground coriander |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan. 2. Cook gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, to allow the flavors to blend. 3. Chill for 1 hour. |
