Ingredients:
1 cup green pepper (chopped)
1 cup onion (chopped)
2 medium tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup cold water
Directions:
1. At least 3 hours before serving, combine all ingredients.
2. Cover and chill.
3. Serve mixture over cooked vegetables such as fried okra or steamed green beans.
4. Cook time is chill time.
