Curried rice w/garbanzo beans & mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup dry indian basmati rice
2 cups can garbanzo beans
32 oz. vegetable broth
1 tbsp. curry
1 tsp. white pepper
1/2 oz. clove
2 cups mushrooms
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
2 carrots
1 celery stalk
1 cup can water chestnuts
1 cup golden raisins
Directions:
1. Cook rice and drain.
2. Add cooked rice and remaining ingredients to vegetable broth and simmer until done.
