Indian Corn Stew

Great comfy food with beef, tomatoe and vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegetable oil (or olive oil)
1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 large chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1-1/2 cups sweet peppers (cored, seeded & chopped)
4 cups frozen corn
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 medium zucchini sliced thinly crosswise
Directions:
1. In a 6 quart Dutch oven heat oil over moderately high heat
2. Add beef, onion and garlic and cook stirring frequently for 8 minutes or until browned
3. Lower heat and stir in sweet peppers and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until peppers are tender, stirring occasionally
4. Stir in corn, tomatoes, Worcestershire and seasoning
5. Bring to boil
6. Lower heat and cover for 45 minutes
7. Add zucchini then simmer 5 minutes or longer until vegetables are tender
