Ingredients:
4 cups cold milk (thanda doodh)
1 cup boiling water
6 teaspoons instant coffee powder
4 tablespoons cream (malai)
3 tablespoons sugar (cheeni)
crushed ice
Directions:
1. Dissolve instant coffee powder and sugar in boiling water and allow to cool.
2. Blend the the coffee mixture and milk in a blender for few seconds.
3. Add cream and crushed ice.
4. Blend for another few seconds till it becomes frothy.
5. Serve chilled.
