Indian Cilantro Chutney

Dhanya Chatni.Make sure you chop the cilantro stems very finely.
Ingredients:
1 bunch cilantro, stems and all, chopped finely
1 onion, chopped
1 -2 hot chili pepper, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
cayenne pepper, pinch
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until almost pureed, but still somewhat chunky.
2. Adjust seasoning and chill before serving.
