Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 lb cooked chicken breast, diced
1/3 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mango chutney
2 green chili peppers, small minced seeded
3 celery ribs, sliced thinly
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
1 head lettuce, chopped
3 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 tablespoons cashew nuts, chopped
Directions:
1. mix yogurt ,mayo ,chutney ,lemon juice, green peppers pepper, curry powder.
2. together
3. add celery toss.
4. add chicken toss.
5. add cilantro
6. toss
7. on plate put lettuce
8. then top with chicken mixture.
9. sprinkle on mangoes
10. then top with nuts.
