Indian Chai Tea or Smoothie

No need to pay coffeehouse prices when it's this easy to make the classic Indian sweet and spicy tea.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
4 bags black tea
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Heat water to boiling.
2. Add tea bags; reduce heat.
3. Simmer 2 minutes.
4. Remove tea bags.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
6. Heat to boiling.
7. Stir with wire whisk to foam milk.
8. Pour into cups.
9. Variation: For refreshing Chai Tea Smoothies, refrigerate mixture until cold.
10. Pour Chai Tea into blender container, and add 1 cup crushed ice.
11. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
