Ingredients:
24 oz cauliflower
2 c potatoes, (1/2 pieces, blanched)
3 t oil
1 t turmeric
1 t salt, and spices (1 1/2t coriander, 1/4t cinnamon, 1/2t curry, 1/2t mustard seeds)
1 t syrup
Directions:
1. CUT CAULIFLOWER AND POTATOES INTO 1/2 IN PIECES.
2. HEAT OIL IN SKILLET
3. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND TURMERIC AND POTATOES
4. STIR WELL
5. COVER AND COOK 7-8 MIN.
6. ADD CAULIFLOWER AND SALT
7. COVER AND COOK 5 MIN
8. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS
9. MIX AND SERVE
