I shouldn't even be posting this, its so simple. I created it for two reasons: 1) my 18 month old daughter hates drinking milk. 2) she always wants eat yogurt by herself, and it just ends up on her shirt. The recipe calls for whole milk products, because that's what toddlers should eat. For older kids and adults, low fat or fat free dairy can be used instead.
Ingredients:
4 ounces fruit yogurt (made with whole milk)
4 ounces whole milk
Directions:
1. Combine the milk and yogurt in a sippy cup [or regular cup for older kids and adults].
2. Put the sippy cup lid on and shake, or stir with a spoon.
3. If your child is a slow drinker, add ice to keep it cold.
4. Enjoy!
