Impossibly Delicious and Kinda Healthy Brownies

These moist, rich chocolately brownies are wonderful. But they are made with whole wheat flour, baby food, and Splenda, so they are on the healthy end of the brownie spectrum. I won't call them a health food, but you don't have to feel too guilty while you enjoy one (or two...) I've used 100% Splenda, and they still turn out great!
Ingredients:
4 ounces baby food (apple or plum or prune works best)
2 tablespoons margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (can use whole wheat pastry flour)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans or 1/2 cup walnuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine baby food, margarine, vanilla and cocoa until well blended.
3. Add sugar, Splenda and salt.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Mix in flour, chocolate chips and chopped pecans or walnuts until just mixed. (Don't overmix.).
6. Pour into 8x8 greased pan.
7. Bake for 25 minutes.
