Imitation Crab (Surimi) and Avocado Salad

I love this for light lunch. It's fresh and alive with lime and cilantro.
Ingredients:
1 california avocado
8 ounces surimi (crab flavor)
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/4 onion, sliced
1/2 lime, juice of
salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Shred surimi and place in bowl.
2. Slice avocado in half and twist to open. Carefully Lodge a knife in the seed and twist to remove.
3. score avocado into 1 and 1 inch sections and spoon into bowl.
4. Add tomato and squeeze 1/2 lime over the minute.
5. Add onion slivers.
6. Add cilantro.
7. Salt and pepper to taste.
8. Stir well and serve.
