Imitation Crab Meat Cakes

Louis kemps' imitation crab (which is made from polluck, a delicious white fish, was inspiration for these cakes. A fast and easy but very tasty dish and you have another fish meal for the week.
Ingredients:
1 12 oz package of louis kemp imitation crab
1 egg
1 package (usually 3 or 4) scallions
root bottom removed , cut in half
i used the whole scallion white and green part
old bay seasoning to your liking
a few drops hot sauce
cayenne pepper seasoning
flour
egg
panko bread crumbs or regular plain
oil twice around skillit
2 pats butter
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients ending with the cayenne into blender(or processor)
2. you may leave a little chunky or purree, your choice
3. remove from blender
4. form into large cakes

6. dip in flour, egg and breadcrumb
7. fry til they reach crispiness desired
8. serve with your preferred fish sauce
9. That's it!
