you can use less peppers if you prefer milder salsa. My DH slathers this stuff on everything. A wonderful way to use your garden produce.
Ingredients:
6 assorted heirloom tomatoes, chopped
2 banana peppers, seeded and chopped
4 fresh cayenne peppers, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons sugar
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. throw everything together in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating.
