Ila's Raisin and Cinnamon Biscuits

Good with coffee first thing in the morning. Very similar to the biscuits we used to get at Harmons.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup instant oats
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together to form dough.
2. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 425° for 12-15 minutes.
4. Drizzle with a cream cheese frosting.
