Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
3/4 cup frozen fruit juice
3/4 cup low-fat milk or 3/4 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. (Pureed fresh fruit or frozen fruits may be used in place of fruit juice.).
2. In a 4 cup glass measure, combine yogurt, fruit juice concentrate and.

4. Pour into pop molds or use small paper cups and insert a wooden stick.
