2 package(s) cream cheese softened

2 pound(s) powdered sugar

1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

1 bar(s) german chocolate

1/4 cup(s) water

Directions:

1. Melt chocolate in water over low heat. Mix all ingredients above well and add to chocolate mixture. Makes 3 cups of icing. (approximately)
