A recipe from a friend. So much better than the bottled ice tea or the powdered.
Ingredients:
6 tea bags
boiling water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced lemons
cold water
Directions:
1. Place tea bags in a 6 cup tea pot.
2. Add boiling water and steep for 15 minute.
3. Pour steeped tea into pitcher.
4. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
5. Add lemons.
6. Fill pitcher with cold water to taste.
7. Putting in fridge makes ice tea cloudy so I just add ice to a glass and pour in tea.
