Iced Razzleberry Coffee Frappe (Non-Alcoholic)

A light, refreshing coffee drink for summer (I list regular coffee flavors (Torani's) but sugar-free can be used.)
Ingredients:
1 cup cold water
8 ice cubes
2 teaspoons espresso powder (medaglia d'oro)
1 ounce raspberry flavored syrup
1 ounce vanilla-flavored syrup (i use french vanilla)
2 ounces half-and-half
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you want a thicker drink, add more ice cubes before blending.
