Iced Peach Mint Tea

Cool and refreshing beverage I developed to make use of the fresh mint I planted this summer. In memory of summer afternoons with Aunt Pat in Waco, TX.
Ingredients:
4 cups boiling water
1/3-1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, crushed
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tea bags
1 -1 1/2 cup peach nectar (to taste)
fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Directions:
1. Crush mint leaves with sugar and lemon juice; pour boiling water over mint leaves and tea bags.
2. Let steep to desired taste; drain tea bags.
3. Mix in peach nectar.
4. Pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
