I found this recipe on Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons proscore 100 chocolate protein powder (2 scoops)
leftover cold decaff hazelnut coffee
1 tablespoon fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 dash sugar-free hazelnut syrup
3 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Blend.
2. Enjoy!
