Iced Green Tea-Citrus Punch

Antioxidant-rich green tea offers a number of health benefits, such as reducing the risk of cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and heart disease.
Ingredients:
6 cups water, divided
1 cup sugar
16 green tea bags
1 3/4 cups fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
orange slices (optional)
Directions:
1. Bring 3 cups water and sugar to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove pan from heat; add tea bags, and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags with a slotted spoon (do not squeeze).
2. Cool tea to room temperature; stir in orange juice, lemon juice, and remaining 3 cups water. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve over ice; garnish with orange slices, if desired.
