Just the thing for kicking back on the deck. This is summer perfect and blender quick, Make it diabetic by using sugar free ice cream.
Ingredients:
2 cups strong coffee (cold)
3/4 cup chocolate ice cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup ice cube
2 tablespoons tia maria (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and using the ice crush setting, whirl until the mixture is thick and frosty.
2. Pour cooler immeidately into 4 decorative glasses and serve.
