Ingredients:
4 cups milk
5 teaspoons cocoa powder
5 teaspoons sugar
a little whipped cream
chipped ice
Directions:
1. Mix the cocoa powder to a smooth paste with some of the milk.
2. Place the rest of the milk on the stove in a pan.
3. Bring almost to a boil.
4. Add the cocoa paste and the sugar.
5. Stir till boiling point is reached.
6. Remove from heat.
7. Fill glasses up to 1/3rd with chipped ice.
8. Strain the cocoa onto this.
9. Add a heaped tsp. of whipped cream and serve immediately.
