Different and easy iceberg slaw. Nice with chicken or ribs
Ingredients:
3 tbs buttermilk
3 tbs plain yogurt
1 tbs chopped fresh dill
1 tbs chopped fresh parsley
1/2 small shallot,minced
salt and pepper
1 head(about 1 lb) iceberg lettuce,quartered and shredded
Directions:
1. In large bowl, whisk together buttermilk,yogurt,dill,parsley and shallot. Season with coarse salt and pepper. Fold in lettuce and season with salt and pepper.
