Ingredients:
3 tablespoons softened chocolate fat-free ice cream |
2 chocolate wafer cookies |
Directions:
1. For each sandwich, spread 3 tablespoons softened ice cream onto bottom of 1 wafer cookie, and top with a second wafer cookie. Wrap each sandwich in heavy-duty plastic wrap, and store in freezer.
