This is a delicious ice cream cake one of the ladies from work made for monthly birthday cake. She made 3 in different flavors and put them together so they were big enough for a crowd. Outstanding!
Ingredients:
you will need
9x13 plastic container with cover
half gallon of any ice cream you choose
hot fudge sauce or other flavored sauce
1 container cool whip,defrosted
sprinkles(if you want) or anything you want to decorate the top
1 pkg oreos or other cookies(like butterfingers etc)
Directions:
1. Make sure ice cream is left out about 1 hour
2. Put pkg. of cookies in ziploc bag and crush
3. spread cookies on bottom of plastic container
4. drizzle hot fudge on cookie crumbs
5. spread softened ice cream on hot fudge/cookie crumbs
6. drizzle hot fudge again on top of ice cream
7. put in freezer for an hour with cover on
8. take out of freezer and spread with cool whip. Decorate as you wish.
9. Cover and freeze overnight!
