Cool,creamy,and delicious. Works with any flavor ice cream.
Ingredients:
28 chocolate cookies-crushed and divided
1/2 gallon coffee ice cream-softened
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream-softened
5 large toffee bars(such as heath or skor)-crushed
1 medium jar chocolate ice cream topping-divided
Directions:
1. Very lightly grease a deep 10 springform pan.
2. Press half of the cookie crumbs into bottom of pan.
3. Spread chocolate ice cream over cookie crumbs.
4. Top with half of the ice cream topping.
5. Freeze until firm.
6. Remove from freezer and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
7. Spread coffee ice cream over crumbs.
8. Top with remaining chocolate ice cream topping and toffee bars.
9. Freeze until firm.
10. Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving for best results.
11. Remove sides of pan and cut with a warm knife.
