1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Cream margarine and sugars till light and fluffy. 3. Beat in eggs. 4. Stir in sour cream. 5. In separate bowl mix together dry ingredients. 6. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. 7. Stir just until moistened and stir in chocolate chips. 8. Fill each muffin liner with about a fourth of batter. 9. Spoon 1 tbls of marshmallow cream on top. 10. Top with remaining batter. 11. Bake 14-16 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. 12. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. 13. Serve warm.
