I Want More Cherry Icebox Pudding

  1. 1.Line bottom of loaf pan with lady fingers.
  2. 2.Stir gelatin in boiling water until dissolved.Stir in ice cream until dissolved .Pour into lined loaf pan.Cover with a second layer of lady fingers.Chill until firm.
  3. 3.Spread thawed whipped topping on top of the gelatin ice cream mixture.Drizzle with chocolate syrup as desired.Garnish with marachino cherries.
  4. Serves:6
  5. *Note:Some lady fingers may float to the top.
