Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas
3 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Drain chickpeas and blend. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. To make it a tahini recipe, add 1/4 cup tahini. Or you could add 1 cup cooked carrots.
