Taken from #197742 by Tigerlillyblu recipe and adapted to be 4 times original quanity. Will be used both in tacos and salads at farmer market food stand. Tiger's About me is very similiar to how I am approaching hobby cooking. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons chili powder |
2 tablespoons ground cumin |
1 tablespoon sea salt |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together thoroughly and store in air tight jars. Keep in freezer to prolong spices.
