Hunted Fowl Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 1 large size fowl - remove flesh as much as you can . it will add upto 1 medium size bowl . keep the boney part for some other dish ( salna )
  • ( salna )
  • 1 small size big onion
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp coconut ( optional )
  • 2 tbsp sambar pwd

Directions:

  1. Fry the onion for 2 mins .
  2. Add the tomatoe slices and fry for 1 min .
  3. Add the sambar pwd .
  4. Continue to fry for 2 mins .
  5. Add the paste and fry until the oil leaves the sides .
  6. Add the chicken and mix well .
  7. Once it changes the colour add half cup water .
  8. Check salt .
  9. Cover and simmer for 10 mins .
  10. Serve HOT with Green Biryani .
  11. ( Green Biryani ).
