p.257 HG cookbook**Add 8 oz(1 pkg)tofu shirataki noodles**whatever protein or vegetables you want! Don't forget to add them to the count
Ingredients:
1 wedge laughing cow cheese
2 t parmesan cheese
1 t fat free sour cream
1/2 t black pepper
Directions:
1. Rinse and drain noodles, pat dry. Microwave 1 minute, drain excess liquid, pat dry. Fry in skillet to dry out some more!
2. Add cheese, parmesan, and sour cream. Mix well. Cook or microwave 1 minute and then stir. Add pepper to taste.
3. Can add any cooked meats and/or veggies you wish.
