Hungarian Salt Sticks

This caught my eye, I look forward to trying it.
Ingredients:
1 lb farmer cheese
1 lb butter
1 lb flour
2 egg yolks
caraway seed
kosher salt
Directions:
1. Mix and knead above well, roll out about 1/4 inch thick, paint top with the egg whites.
2. Sprinkle with kosher salt and caraway seeds.
3. Cut into 1/2 inch strips about 4-6 inches long.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until lightly brown.
5. Serve as bread stick with drinks.
