For those cold fall & winter nights- Easy Crock Pot meal.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs beef stew meat
1 lb carrot, sliced
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup water
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope lipton onion mushroom dry soup mix
1 tablespoon paprika
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
egg noodles
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except sour cream in crock pot. Cover & cook on low 8 - 10 hours until tender. Turn off & stir in sour cream until well blended. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
