This dish is my family favert,its very tasty,
Ingredients:
3 lb beef can be mix with pork
3 tbs lard
3 lg onion chopped
1 1/2 tbs paprika
salt to taste
1 tbs vegeta
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 qt water
4 bay leaves
Directions:
1. Cube the meat 3/4 inch pieces.
2. Stir the onions in the lard over low heat until golden yellow.
3. Removed the pot from the heat.(need to walsh the meat .)
4. Add meat,salt,vegeta,black pepper,and 1/2 cup water.
5. Returne to heat and simmer,about 1 1/2 hour, add the paprika
6. and rest of the water,when meat is tender the dish is done.
7. Yuo can serve immedtately or also reheat when needed.
8. Can be serve with noodles or mash potatoes.
