basic hummus - no salt!
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked garbanzo beans
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
Directions:
1. Put beans in food processor and chop until smooth.
2. Mix in other ingredients.
