From packet of McKenzies Chick Peas
Ingredients:
800 g canned chick-peas, drained
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons tahini paste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
white pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
1 tablespoon parsley flakes, dried
3/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except water into food processor and process until well mixed.
2. Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.
