Since I dont know what Tahini is or where to find it, I substituted peanut butter in this hummus recipe. Great smeared on some celery stalks.
Ingredients:
15 oz garbanzo beans
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs peanut butter
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to your blender and whirl away until smooth.
