A healthy alternative to regular egg salad! Get the consistency and taste without all the fat and calories. I use this to fill a whole wheat/whole grain wrap with fresh spinach for lunch.
Ingredients:
3 hard-boiled egg whites, chopped
3 tablespoons prepared hummus
1 pinch celery seed
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix chopped egg whites, hummus, celery seed, salt, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight.
