A great hummus recipe from my co-worker Catriona :)
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup hot water
1/2 cup tahini (sesame butter)
1/3 cup good olive oil
2/3 lemon, juice of
4 fresh garlic cloves (i like a lot and use much more so as much as you want)
1/2 teaspoon salt (add more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons cumin
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Enjoy!
