Ingredients:
1 clove(s) garlic minced
1 can(s) chickpeas rinsed & drained
1/4 cup(s) tahini
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
pinch smoked paprika
olive oil
Directions:
1. Place garlic in bowl of food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Process until mixture forms a smooth paste
2. Spoon hummus into a deep dish. Sprinkle paprika on top and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Makes about 2 cups.
