A healthy snack.
Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, minced, more if you like
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine everything in a food processor until smooth.
2. Chill.
3. Serve with olive oil on top with crackers, pita bread, or veggies.
