Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 cloves garlic (or to taste)
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (19 ounce) can drained chickpeas
1 lemon, juice of
3 tablespoons tahini
Directions:
1. put all ingredients into a food processor.
2. blend until smooth.
3. place in a covered container.
4. age overnight to allow flavours to blend.
