A nice dip for parties or a great snack.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 sliced green onion
1 minced garlic clove
Directions:
1. Combine chick peas and sesame seeds in food processor.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
4. Serve with pita and vegetables.
