Mediterranean style dip
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons bottled garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Grind sesame seeds.
2. Drain and mash chick peas. (ie. food processor, blender).
3. Mix or blend all ingredients together.
4. You can add chick pea liquid back in for desired consistency.
