Rich Cake full of flavor.
Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups vegetable iol
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups chopped bananas
cream cheese frosting
1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine or butter
1 box ( 16 oz) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Cake:
2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl by hand-do not beat.
3. Spoon batter into 3 well greased & floured 9-inch cake pans.
4. Cook 350^F 25 to 30 minutes.
5. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.

7. Combine in mixer powdered sugar, cream cheese, margarine and vanilla.
8. Beat until light and fluffy.
9. Spread between layers, top and sides of cake.
