How To Cook Spaghetti Squash

Information that I've come across on Spaghetti Squash says that it can be either boiled, baked or nuked... cut up or not. This is just one way. It can be used for sweet or savory dishes, but if you're going to use it for dessert, skip the pepper seasoning.
Ingredients:
2 large spaghetti squash
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Cut both squash in half lengthwise and scoop out all seeds. Rub them inside and out with the oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the squash, cut side down, on a sheet pan or cookie sheet and cover with foil.
4. Place in the oven and cook until the rind is slightly soft or gives with a little pressure, about 20 minutes. When they are done, scrape the meat out with a fork and reserve, keeping warm.
5. Use in any dish in place of regular spaghetti.
